ACE Controls hydraulic feed controls are the ideal solution for sawing, cutting, drilling, and for eliminating stick-slip effects in pneumatic cylinders. They offer precise adjustability, with feed rates ranging from as low as 1/2" per minute (12 mm/min) with minimal force, up to 1.5" per minute (38 m/min) for high-speed applications.

These maintenance-free, ready-to-install units are self-contained hydraulic elements controlled by a precision throttle. The feed rate can be easily adjusted externally using the setting knob. Proven rolling diaphragm technology also used in ACE shock absorbers acts as a dynamic seal, ensuring a hermetic seal, compensating for piston rod volume, and automatically resetting the piston once the load is removed.
