Product Information Steel or Stainless Steel Long Reach, Standard Length, Locking Plungers with Radiused Delrin NoseSteel parts are 12L14 material, zinc plated and heat treated. All 90 degree handles are 303 stainless steel. All stainless steel parts are 303 material. The nylon locking element holds the plunger body securely in place without the need for lock nuts or other devices. We recommend a 90 degree countersink 1/32" larger than the major diameter of the mating thread to prevent damaging the element. Used in machining applications as positioners, loading pins, indexing devices. Available with or without locking element. |
