NAAMS Shims and Spacers

NAAMS shims are ideal for filling small gaps or spaces in your automation setups. These metric-fitting shims comply with North American Automotive Metric Standards and feature a slotted design for easy installation in tight spaces between components or workpieces. Available thicknesses include 0.25 mm, 0.50 mm, 1.00 mm, and 2.00 mm. The 0.50 mm shims have a yellow zinc dichromate coating, 1.00 mm shims come with a black oxide finish, while the 0.25 mm and 2.0 mm versions are uncoated and can be identified by their thickness. NAAMS spacers are designed to fill larger gaps where shims aren’t sufficient. These metric spacers come in a variety of hole configurations: Series 200, 300, 400, and 500 feature adjacent holes, with the series number indicating the number of holes (e.g., Series 300 has three holes, Series 400 has four, and Series 500 has five). Series 600 spacers offer six holes, arranged as three parallel holes on each side. Narrow spacers, measuring 20 mm in width, are available in Series 300, 400, and 500.
