IMI electromagnets provide controllable magnetic holding for industrial applications such as workholding, automation, and material handling. Because magnetic force can be switched on and off, electromagnets are often used when you need repeatable holding and release of ferrous parts—whether that’s staging components, holding parts during an operation, or integrating magnetic holding into a fixture or machine.
Electromagnet Power Supplies
Our power supplies are designed for manual operation. Housed in a rugged vented steel enclosure, this power supply uses 120 VAC input and converts it to a variable 16 to 26 VDC output.
Parallel Pole Electromagnet
IMI Parallel Pole Electromagnets offer on/off capability and can be controlled in automated sheet metal handling applications.
Rectangular Electromagnet
