For example AE 16+2.5 is an anvil for 16 size inserts with 2.5° Helix. • NOTES:1. For most standard applications, the middle of the range is a good starting point. • 2. For most materials, the tougher the material, the higher the number of cutting passes you should select. • 3. As a general rule of thumb, less passes are better than more speed. • 4. Infeed per pass should ensure an even machine load.
