• This gage measures the diameter of any hole within range of its interchangeable probes • With the indicator set to the nominal dimension and its dial adjusted to zero, the probe is inserted in the hole with variations to .0001" read on the indicator • Since measurements are taken by comparison, a set master such as gage blocks or bench type micrometer should be used as a reference standard.
