• Non-Woven Quick-Change Disc,Quick Change Discs • Remove moderate materials and blend welds with this Bear-Tex Rapid Prep A/O coarse grit TS (Type II) non-woven quick-change disc. An aluminum oxide abrasive grain gives the disc a cut rate up to 20 percent higher with 50 percent better performance than competitive products. Designed for durable stiffness and longevity, the disc features premium high-loft nylon fiber with a strong nylon scrim and resin bonded grain that stands up to heavy use. The disc's coarse grit is versatile enough for use on stainless and carbon steels, soft metals and titanium, while the proprietary Clean Bond resin produces smear-free finishes. • Quality aluminum oxide abrasive grain coating provides up to 20% higher cut rate and 50% better performance than competitive products • Premium high-loft nylon fiber bonded to a strong nylon scrim backing allows a thick layer of resin bond and grain for extended life, added durability and stiffness • Proprietary Clean Bond resin technology guarantees smear-free finishes even on high nickel content alloys and reduces loading on aluminum and other soft metals • Coarse grit for moderate material removal and initial blending of welds including stainless, soft metals like aluminum, carbon steels, and titanium • Ty TS/II fit roll-on/roll-off plastic attachment system
