• Self-sharpening, zirconia alumina abrasive with grinding aid provides cooler cut, longer life on hard to grind materials. • Manufactured with special flexible cloth where the outer 3/8 In. is more flexible than the rest of the disc for use on contoured surfaces. • All QC cloth discs are designed to run on back-up pads that are rated at or above the RPM of the grinder. • For applications that require better/decorative finishes, please refer to non-woven quick change discs. • 40 & 50 grit are recommended for medium stock removal and edge chamfering. • TY TR/III fit roll-on/roll-off plastic attachment system. • Durable, Y-wt., 2-ply polyester backing stands up to demanding applications. • Tool-free, twist on and off fastening systems make fast work of disc changes to maximize productivity by minimizing downtime.
