Sub-Part Clamps 23211.0020.EH 23211
The sub-part clamp and the sub-part stop enable workpieces to be clamped on the front face. This allows the full area of the machine table to be used to clamp the workpiece.

Down-hold effect through an angled jaw face, clamping of large workpieces on the whole of the machine table, large clamping forces of up to 20 kN, solid version made of vibration-eliminating ductile iron, optimal adaption to the workpiece and material through the use of clamping inserts and interchangeable jaws, force closure is possible with a fixed slot tenon EH 23110. in a T-slot, minimum interference of clamping areas - even for large workpieces, location holes at the sides for fastening of longitudinal stops if required.

Full Description
The sub-part clamp and the sub-part stop enable workpieces to be clamped on the front face. This allows the full area of the machine table to be used to clamp the workpiece.

Material
- Ductile cast iron (GGG 60)
Assembly
The workpiece is positioned and then clamped on the ground precision support. The machine and fixture system parts in the Halder product range can be installed in the location thread to reach a customised clamping.
The location holes on the sides allow optional longitudinal stops to be installed.
Notes
The delivery includes the interchangeable jaw 1138.400 (ribbed/smooth) - this can be changed to the interchangeable jaw 1138.100 (soft).
