• Aluminum oxide cloth discs are best used for general purpose deburring and blending on ferrous and nonferrous metals where initial price point is most important. • Manufactured with special flexible cloth where the outer 3/8 In. is more flexible than the rest of the disc for use on contoured surfaces. • All QC cloth discs are designed to run on back-up pads that are rated at or above the RPM of the grinder. • For applications that require better/decorative finishes, please refer to non-woven quick change discs. • 60, 80 & 100 grit are recommended for blending and deburring. • Type TS/II fit turn-on/turn-off metal attachment system. • When using back up pads for flex edge discs, use one size smaller than the disc. • Tool-free, twist on and off fastening systems make fast work of disc changes to maximize productivity by minimizing downtime.
