• A unique piloted countersink. • Conical pilot supports cutting edge to assure chatter-free cut. • Will not commence cutting until the pilot or work piece has found the center of the previously drilled hole. • Rubber spring provides "pre-load" for constant pressure, thus helping to eliminate chatter. • Concentric countersinks and chamfers assured. • Replaceable high speed steel blades ground with radial relief, assure smooth cut. (Tungsten Carbide blades special order). • Available in 60°, 82°, and 90° (120° special order). • Straight shank (Morse Taper shank special order).
