• Diamond & CBN Mandrels • All standard shanks are hardened to 42–55 Hrc and are center-less ground, to ensure rigid, accurate, concentric and parallel pin blank. • Grinding pins are all electro plated by a very precise and environmentally safe process • Diamond and CBN (GE or DeBeers) powders are carefully selected and treated for precision and consistency. • Unique plating process Maximize grits exposure. • Production is subject to stringent in-process and final control, resulting in high quality and extremely long life grinding pins. • Diamond & CBN pins are widely used on jib and internal grinding machines, cylindrical grinding machines and hand tools. These pins are used on dies, special punches, cutting tools, as well as numerous parts of stainless steel, exotic super alloys, etc.
