NW Step Blocks
NW step blocks are workholding accessories used with strap clamps and clamping studs to set clamp height and support clamping force in machining setups (application dependent). In a typical T‑slot clamping arrangement, step blocks provide an adjustable “stair-step” support under the clamp so you can match the clamp angle and height to different workpiece thicknesses. They’re a staple in milling and general fixture work because they make setups more flexible, repeatable, and easier to adjust without custom spacers.
