NW Spherical Washers
NW spherical washers—also called self-aligning washers or ball seat washers—are used to compensate for angular misalignment between a fastener and the clamped surface (application dependent). They’re commonly used when mating surfaces aren’t perfectly parallel, or when you want more even load distribution under a bolt head or nut. In fixtures and industrial assemblies, spherical washer sets can help improve seating, reduce edge loading, and support more consistent clamping in setups where slight angle variation is unavoidable (application dependent).
