NAAMS spacers are a great and cost-effective way to fill gaps or make adjustments to your automation processes. Use spacers to quickly extend clearance spaces to reach your desired setup locations. Spacer thickness ranges from 3mm to 7mm with different hole configurations. We offer all current and discontinued NAAMS codes which are manufactured out of S.A.E. 1020 hot rolled steel with a black oxide finish or call in for a stainless steel option. Types of NAAMS Spacers
2-Hole Spacers
NAAMS shims in the 200 series are 60mm by 50mm ±1.0 with two Ø 10.5mm holes +0.3 -0.0 tolerances set 30mm apart. The thickness is specified by the specific NAAMS code.
3-Hole Spacers
NAAMS spacers in the 300 series are 46mm by 25mm ±0.5 with three Ø 10.5mm holes +0.3 -0.0 tolerances set 15mm apart. These are offered with a slotted design and narrow design as well. The narrow digns have the same configurations as regular the regular ASP300 series but with a 20mm width. S-slotted series have a 20mm width ±1.0 with a 9.0mm by 20mm slot. The thickness is specified by the specific NAAMS code.
4-Hole Spacers
NAAMS spacers in the 400 series are 61mm by 25mm ±0.5 with four Ø 10.5mm holes +0.3 -0.0 tolerances set 15mm apart. These are offered in an S-slotted series as well with a 9mm by 30mm slot that comes with a 20mm ±1.0 width. The thickness is specified by the specific NAAMS code.
5-Hole Spacers
NAAMS spacers in the 500 series are 76mm by 25mm ±0.5 with five Ø 10.5mm holes +0.3 -0.0 tolerances set 15mm apart. The thickness is specified by the specific NAAMS code.
6-Hole Spacers
NAAMS spacers in the 600 series are 50 mm by 63mm ±1.0 with 6 Ø 10.5mm holes +0.3 -0.0 tolerances set 15mm with three holes 15mm apart and three holes parallel 45mm ±0.2 on the opposite side. These S series spacers are offered with a double slot design. Slots are 9mm by 20mm set 40mm apart and come with a 36mm width. The thickness is specified by the specific NAAMS code.
3-Slot Spacers
NAAMS 3-slot construction spacers are slotted spacers with dimensions of 110mm by 40mm. The three slots are 35mm apart Ø 10.50mm ±0.20. Thickness is specified by the specific corresponding NAAMS code.
Spacer for 60 x 60 and 70 x 70 Mounting
NAAMS spacers in the ACS600 series are construction spacers with an 8-hole design. Dimensions are 100mm by 100mm with hole configurations of four Ø 10.5mm ±0.20 and four Ø 19.0mm ±0.20. The thickness of spacers is specified by the corresponding NAAMS codes.
Spacer for Shock Bracket
NAAMS Spacers in the 700 series are meant for shock brackets. They come with a 5 hole design with dimensions of 76mm by 57mm. The hole configurations include a single 42mm drill through hole with 4 surrounding 9.0 mm thru holes. The thickness is specified by the corresponding NAAMS code.
All tolerances are set to ±0.5 for 0 places, ±0.3 for 1 places, and ±0.03 for 2 places.
