NAAMS Riser Angle Brackets

NAAMS risers are designed to elevate automation setups, providing flexible support for components like power clamps, locating pins, and rough locators. With a wide range of height options and application versatility, these risers can be stacked on top of stack risers to accommodate larger workpieces. All risers are manufactured from ASTM A-36 steel or ASTM 713 cast aluminum, available in both metric and standard sizes. They come with a standard primer finish, but custom colors can be specified upon request. Risers also make it easy to adapt and change setups as needed.

The Different Types of NAAMS Risers

AAB Risers - Riser Angle Brackets
NAAMS AAB risers come with a straight rectangular front face that extends to the top. The base plate is 140mm by 110mm with a 15mm thickness. The back angle plate extends from the bottom base plate to the top of the riser. These are offered in both metric units and standard units with an aluminum option.

ARA Risers - Riser Angle Brackets
NAAMS ARA risers come with a tapered front face that extends from the bottom base plate to the top mounting plate. The base dimensions are 195mm by 170mm with a 20mm thickness. These are heavy duty risers that give you a firm and strong raised setup for your automation processes. The back angled plate extends from the base plate all the way to the top of the riser.

ASR Risers - Stack Risers
NAAMS ASR risers are known as stack risers. They are used to extend and elevate the reach height of risers even further. They come with a tapered front face that extends from the bottom base to the top mounting plate. By placing standard risers on top of stack risers, you're able to hit the desired height for your setup. The base plate dimensions are 195mm by 170mm with a 20mm thickness. The connecting top plate is 140mm by 110mm with a 15mm thickness.

ARB Risers - Tubular Risers
NAAMS ARB tubular risers are constructed out of steel tubing. ASTM A500 Grade B steel tubing is used in the manufacturing of the riser with welded ASTM A-36 plates. The base plate is 260mm by 203.2mm with a thickness of 19mm. With the square tubing and added base flanges, this riser makes for a sturdy setup for any simulation application.

ART Risers - Pass Table Risers
NAAMS ART risers are for pass tables. Their base plates have dimensions of 125mm by 125mm with a thickness of 20mm. The top platform is 75mm by 100mm with a 20mm thickness. ASTM A36 steel is used in the manufacturing of this riser.

AHB Brackets - Riser Angle Bracket
NAAMS AHB riser brackets are used as attachments for the mounting faces of risers. They provide a platform for your setup by attaching to the risers giving you more flexibility in your automation setup. The bracket comes in either metric or standard units with a mounting face and platform of 110.35mm by 120mm by 11mm thickness. It is manufactured from ASTM A-26 steel.
