Crowned stop blocks are designed with a crowned contact surface that helps control where the part or component touches—reducing the chance of rocking on a flat surface, improving seating, and helping maintain consistent location through high-cycle production.

NAAMS crowned stop blocks in the ASC series range from ASC018 to ASC091. The materials used are Steel SAE 1060 and flame hardened cross-hatched surface 3.0 deep to 55-60 Rc.
