JG extra heavy‑duty industrial key‑locking components are designed for secure retention and controlled access in fixtures, equipment, and industrial assemblies (application dependent). Key‑locking pins are commonly used when you need a removable pin but also want to prevent accidental release or unauthorized removal—helpful for safety-critical setups, changeover tooling, and high-usage industrial environments. Compared to standard quick‑release pins, key‑locking designs add an extra layer of security while still allowing repeatable installation and removal when the correct key is used.
The extra heavy-duty threaded inserts feature increased wall thickness and a larger external thread area, providing enhanced pull-out strength, stability, and durability. They are ideal for use in materials with lower ultimate shear strength to achieve optimal pull-out strength and holding power.
