BH Headless Press Fit Drill Bushings
Headless press fit drill bushings are typically used in jigs where an economically priced drill bushing is needed, or where space on the jig plate is limited. These P-type bushings are pressed into the plate to create a flush surface, requiring only simple drilling and reaming operations. While they offer less resistance to large axial loads compared to headed types, they are ideal for many applications.
BMP drill bushings are precision ground on both the outside and inside diameters, with OD leads for easy placement. The bores are concentric to the OD within 0.0005” T.I.R.
