Halder Clamping Element Systems

Centering clamping elements and centering clamping mandrels are mechanical clamping elements for centering and clamping components with a locating bore - through bore or blind hole. With these centering clamps, often also referred to as bore clamps or hole clamps, components can be centered and clamped frictionally.

The versions with clamping balls are suitable for fast and precise centering and clamping of unmachined components (clamping range raw). The versions with clamping segments are suitable for precise and gentle centering and clamping of pressure-sensitive and machined parts with sensitive surfaces (turned, milled, ground). These versions have the further advantage that components are pulled down onto the support points.

All centering clamping elements are characterized by large adjustment ranges and a low overall height. The centering clamping elements for operation from the bottom can be operated manually as well as hydraulically or pneumatically.

Centering clamping mandrels can be adapted to the respective mounting diameter by turning/milling..
