SOWA Roughers

Sowa roughing end mills—often called roughers or “hoggers”—are designed for efficient stock removal during the roughing stage of a machining process. Compared to finishing cutters, roughers are typically chosen to move material quickly and help manage chip load during heavier cuts (based on tool geometry).
