NAAMS Master Blocks
Freer Tool & Supply’s NAAMS master blocks collection supports accurate, repeatable locating and fixture setup for welding, assembly, and automation tooling. Master blocks are used as precision reference points (datums) for setting and verifying part location—helping fixture builders maintain consistent alignment, reduce variation, and speed up setup when tooling is installed, serviced, or transferred between stations.
Master block NAAMS are available in fully metric sizes and are manufactured from SAE O1 oil-hardening cold-work tool steel, hardened to 50–55 Rockwell C. Each block features a black oxide finish.
