NAAMS Leveling Screws

Freer Tool & Supply’s NAAMS leveling screws collection helps fixture builders fine-tune height and alignment for repeatable welding, assembly, and automation tooling. Leveling screws provide precise, adjustable support for bases, risers, and mounted components—making it easier to square up fixtures, correct stack-up issues, and maintain consistent part location across stations and production runs.

Leveling screws, in NAAMS Standards, are used to balance, adjust, and level out NAAMS bases and risers. These are heavy-duty screws made out of ASTM A193 Class B7. A threaded M24 x 2 rod is welded into an F392436 hexagon nut during the manufacturing process. The M24 threaded rod is of property grade 10.9 with a tolerance of 6 grams.
