Hex nuts are a core part of any NAAMS-standard hardware stack—used with bolts, studs, and washers to clamp bases, risers, brackets, and mounting components in place while helping maintain alignment through vibration and repeated production cycles.
NAAMS hexagon nuts come with fine or coarse threads. They are offered as a regular nut, with a washer face, as a jam nut, or a jam nut with a washer face. These nuts come in all sizes from an M5 x 0.8 to M36 x 4. Specifications are set to ANSI B18.2.4.2M for dimensions and ASTM A563M, class 12 steel.
