A pioneer in quality certification, MOLLIFICIO BORDIGNON was the first in its field to achieve UNI EN ISO 9002 certification in 1995, later advancing to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, 9001:2008, and 9001 & 14001 (2015 Edition) standards. The company’s environmental management system has also been certified since 2007 under UNI EN ISO 14001.
All production takes place entirely in-house, with every step undergoing meticulous inspection to ensure consistent quality and full traceability.

Die Springs — Our rectangular wire ISO die springs are available in the following load ratings:
• Green (light load – 1S series)
• Blue (medium load – 2S series)
• Red (heavy load – 3S series)
• Yellow (extra heavy load – 4S series)
In addition, Mollificio Bordignon has developed three further ISO series (rectangular wire):
• Purple (extra light load – 1L series)
• Bronze (super heavy load – 5S series)
• Black (exceptional load – BK series)
We also offer US-standard die springs (oval wire) with the following load ratings:
• Blue (medium load – USB series)
• Red (medium-heavy load – USR series)
• Bronze (heavy load – USG series)
• Green (extra heavy load – USV series)
Each MOLLIFICIO BORDIGNON spring — 3/4 inch diameter and above — is stamped with our logo, a mark of proven durability and certified quality.
