Halder Push Plungers

Halder Push Plungers & Ball-Ended Thrust Screws | Industrial Clamping Solutions

Halder push plungers are spring-loaded positioning components used to locate, hold, or “detent” parts into repeatable positions in fixtures, machine elements, and adjustable mechanisms (application dependent). Push-style plungers are typically selected when you want simple, production-friendly operation—using a push action to retract or engage the plunger pin (design varies by listing). They’re commonly used for adjustable stops, guards, slides, and quick-change setups where repeatability and ease of adjustment matter (application dependent).

Ball elements and push elements include ball-ended thrust screws and thrust screws. Ball-ended thrust screws are versatile and can be used for clamping or supporting non-parallel surfaces. Thrust screws are ideal for gentle clamping or pressing applications, such as with threaded spindles, axles, shafts, and surface-treated parts.
