Halder Positioning Sensors

Halder Positioning Sensors | Precision Detection Solutions | Freer Tool
Halder positioning sensors are industrial sensing components used to detect position, presence, or end-of-stroke states in clamping systems, fixtures, and automation equipment (application dependent). Position sensing helps improve process reliability by confirming that a clamp is engaged, an actuator has reached its target position, or a part is present before the next step in a cycle (application dependent). Because sensor technology and wiring vary, selecting the right positioning sensor is mainly about matching the sensing method and electrical specs to your equipment.
Used in jigs and fixtures to control positioning for pre-machined workpieces, the sensitivity accuracy ranges from 0.015 to 0.075 mm, depending on the surface of the workpiece.
Contact control is managed through a compressed air backwash system and is displayed on the monitoring unit.
