AT ProBits® Multi-Step Drills

Alfa Tools manufactures ProBits® multi-step drills (also called step drills, cone drills, or unibit drills), specialized cutting tools designed to drill multiple hole sizes, deburr edges, and create countersinks in a single operation. Featuring a stepped cone design with progressively larger diameters, ProBits® eliminate the need for multiple drill bits and separate deburring/countersinking operations, dramatically reducing setup time and improving productivity in sheet metal fabrication, electrical work, HVAC installation, automotive repair, and general metalworking. Available in high-speed steel (HSS) and TiN-coated versions with 1/4" hex shanks for quick-change compatibility, ProBits® deliver fast, clean holes with smooth, burr-free edges in thin materials.
