AT Brad Point Drill Bits—also known as lip and spur drill bits—are precision woodworking tools designed to create clean, accurate holes in wood and wood-based materials (application dependent). The center brad point helps keep the bit positioned during startup, while the outer spurs score the wood fibers for cleaner entry holes and reduced tear-out compared with standard twist drills.
