Versatile Solutions for Speed Control

ACE Controls hydraulic dampers may resemble industrial gas springs in appearance, but their functionality sets them apart. Unlike the DVC series, these dampers feature end-position adjustment with separate speed controls for push and pull directions—giving users maximum flexibility.

Whether applied for drive compensation or as a safety element, both extension and retraction speeds can be precisely tuned. This allows accurate control of movement, synchronization in both directions, and effective compensation of pivoting loads.

Depending on the model, push and pull forces range from 6.75 lb to 2,023 lb (30 N to 40,000 N). These maintenance-free, ready-to-install dampers are offered in body diameters from 0.47 in to 2.75 in (12 mm to 70 mm) and stroke lengths up to 31.50 in (800 mm).
