Freer Tool & Supply is looking for a part-time Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as filing and organizing documents, pulling sales orders, matching up paperwork, and performing other general office clerk duties.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Handling incoming calls and other communications with customers
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Filing, organizing, pulling, and maintaining documents.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Perform general data entry.
High school diploma, GED, or still in school.
Ability to write clearly and be very proficient with alphabetical and numerical order.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision and follow directions.
Great communication skills.
Have a valid driver license.
