    Banjo Elbow (37-Degree Flare)

    Banjo Elbow (37-Degree Flare)

    Power Workholding

90° banjo-type elbow fitting for any standard 1/4" BSPP port. Male JIC 37° end accepts standard 5/16" O.D. flared tubing. JIC-standard 37° fittings accept our standard 5/16" O.D. tubing (cut off straight, deburred, and flared) as well as Fixture Hose and Heavy-Duty Hose with 37°-flare swivel nuts. When using tubing, a Tube End fitting (CLR-400-F), consisting of a nut and sleeve, must be placed on each tube end before flaring is completed.

    Design Considerations & Safety Precautions

7250 psi maximum operating pressure. Use these fittings only with our standard steel tubing and hydraulic hose. Our standard tubing is 5/16" O.D. seamless heavy-wall tubing, C1010 steel, cold drawn, fully annealed, .065" wall thickness, 22,800 psi minimum burst pressure.

    Steel. DFARS and RoHS compliant.
