Technical Information
Grid Bores and Grid Distance
3-D Work Table
Our 3-D Work Table is the backbone to
our complete Clamping System. The Work Table is expandable on all five
surfaces and is based on a grid system of 100 mm x 100 mm. The hole
separations are within a tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm across the entire matrix. |

Work Tables
Material Finish:
ST-52100 (base model)
An advantage of
our Work-Tables is that after welding and rough machining they are tension
free due to the heat-treated surface. Because of the grinded work
surfaces, a higher level of precision +/- 0.05 mm is achieved on the entire
surface. Therefore these Tables can also be used for Measuring and
also as Marking Tables. The Work Table has a hole grid system of 100
mm x 100 mm withy a bore diameter of 28 mm. The hole separations are
within a tolerance of +/-0.05 mm over the entire matrix.
Countersinking prevents unintentional damage of the grid bores.
Through the regular application of Anti-Spatter Spray, the Work-Table is
insensitive to welding beads, dirt, scale, etc. |

Clamping plates with short flank
 |
Material Finish:
ST-52100 (base model)
Clamping Plates with a short flank (100
mm) are the low-cost alternative to the Work-Tables with a long flank (200
mm). An advantage of our Work-Tables is that after welding and rough
machining they are tension free due to the heat-treated surface.
Because of the grinded work surfaces, a higher level of precision +/- 0.05
mm is achieved on the entire surface. Therefore these Tables can also
be used for Measuring and also as Marking Tables. The Work Table has a
hole grid system of 100 mm x 100 mm withy a bore diameter of 28 mm.

bores. Through the regular application of Anti-Spatter Spray, the

Base Plate Table
Material Finish:
ST-52100 -- Heat Treated
Table 32RC --Case Depth .040
Notes:
Base Plate Tables are used in conjunction with Work-Tables or Clamping and
Locating Angles. A Positioning and Clamping bolt is preferable used
for Clamping. Base Elements can be used on both sides. The front
side M9 thread is used for side stops. |

Wear Plate
Material Finish:
Aluminum or "HARDOX"
Max. surface hardness up to 55 HB
Notes:
Wear plates are used for the protection of table surfaces. The
system-bores are produced 1 mm wider (29 mm) to ensure all elements can be
passed through without any problems. All components being passed
through can be fixed using positioning bolts. |
|

HARDOX 550 is a wear plate
with a hardness of 550 Brinell and toughness equal to HARDOX 500. It
is intended especially for heavy wear applications and targeted toward users
and producers of wear parts using 12% manganese steel castings or 500
Brinell wear plates. The additional 50 Brinell you gain in hardness
when upgrading from 500 HBW steels will increase wear life but not at the
expense of crack integrity. |

Table Legs
Material Finish:
Steel coated |
|
|
 |
Our standard leg is capable of holding
up to 2 tons. Product height: 750 mm |
|
|
|
 |
With safety in mind, our wheel base
version offers a locking brake on 2 of the 4 wheels. The wheel base
leg is capable of holding up to 1 ton. Product height: 750 mm. |
 |
Our height adjustable leg is capable
of holding up to 2 tons. Product height: 750 mm -- 1000 mm. |

Technical Description -- Compensating swing
clamps |
|
Swing Clamps are for quick positioning and
clamping of different work pieces. The modular swing clamp consists of
a clamping tube, compensating angle, screw with busing, screw, clamping
bridge, and clamping pad.
The clamping tube is fixed in the
system bore through tilting. A deflection of the clamping tube is
compensated through the compensating angle. Therefore a strain on the
work piece (position) is excluded.
The swing clamp can be extended through
a connection sleeve and a further clamping tube. The maximum clamping
height is 300 mm. Compensating angle maximum reach is 150 mm or 200
mm.
The clamping pads are changed within
seconds. |

A- differential compensation clamping tube
B = deflection clamping tube
1 = work piece -- inclination with differential compensating
2 = work piece --inclination without differential compensating
The deflection of the clamping tube is
compensated through the compensating angle.
